Most private surgeons may work at several hospitals for the NHS, but may combine this with also offering private consultancy and surgery at one or more of those hospitals for private clients. The quality of treatment and standard of facilities should therefore be very high and it is not necessary to use a large private cosmetic surgery group with their own facilities.
